Booking and Payments

1. How do I book a Class?
Simply browse the Classes on the Make Classy platform, find the one you're interested in, and click "Book Now." You'll be able to review the Class details, select a date and time (if applicable), and proceed to secure your spot with a secure payment method.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
Make Classy offers secure payment methods through Stripe and PayPal. Common options include credit cards, debit cards, and online wallets.

3. Do you charge any booking fees?
There is no booking fees. The total fee will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.

4. Can I pay directly to the Partner who offers the Class?
In order to guarantee protection against class cancellation or rescheduling, bookings must be made through Make Classy. We do not assume responsibility for any issues stemming from bookings made outside of the Make Classy platform.

5. What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, you will receive a notification and won't be booked for the Class. You can try again with a different payment method or contact Make Classy support for assistance.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. What is the cancellation policy for Classes?
Cancellation policies are set by the Partners who offer the Classes. Please review the policy for each Class before booking. You can usually find this information in the Class description.

2.Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my Class?
Some Partners may offer rescheduling depending on the notice period. Make Classy may also offer additional cancellation or refund options in certain circumstances, as outlined in our separate Refund Policy (link to Refund Policy here).

3. How do I request a refund?
If you need to cancel a Class and are eligible for a refund according to the Partner's policy, you can usually initiate the request through your Make Classy account.

Using the Platform

1. Do I need to create an account to book a Class?
An account is not always mandatory, but it can simplify the booking process and allow you to manage your bookings and past Class history.

2. How do I find the Class I'm interested in?
You can browse Classes by category, location, keyword, or use the search bar to find something specific.

3. What if I have questions about a Class?
The Class description should provide most of the information you need. If you have further questions, you can reach out to Make Classy support.

4. What happens if a Class gets cancelled?
If a Partner cancels a Class, you will be notified by Make Classy and offered a full refund or the option to rebook for a different date/time (if available).
