Getting Started

1. How do I become a MCP on Make Classy?

The signup process is simple! Visit our MCP Subscription Page and complete the checkout process. Upon verification of payment, we will reach out to obtain your class information for uploading to the website

2. What are the benefits of becoming a MCP?
There are many benefits! You'll gain access to a wider audience of potential students, simplify online bookings and payments, and connect with a community passionate about learning. Make Classy also offers marketing and promotional opportunities to help you reach more learners.

3. What types of Classes can I list on Make Classy?
We welcome a wide variety of educational and recreational Classes. This can include traditional academic subjects, arts and crafts, language courses, fitness classes, workshops, and more. Just contact us for any collaboration!

Listing Your Classes

1. How do I create a Class listing?
You need to submit your classes info that is required for the Platform via Google form (the link will be provided after subscription completion). Be sure to include clear descriptions, pricing information, schedules, instructor qualifications (if any), and any relevant photos or videos.

2. Can I update my Class listings?
Absolutely! You can update your Class information, schedules, and pricing anytime through WhatsApp or Google form. Nevertheless, changes may require some time to be reflected.

3. What if my Class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances?
We understand that things come up! You can notify booked students accordingly and reschedule their classes. Please update us if classes has been rescheduled. If class reschedule is not possible, Make Classy will process any applicable full refunds to the customers within 7 working days and the Partner will need to bear for the payment provider transaction fees (if any).

Bookings and Payments

1. How do students book my Classes?
Students can browse and book your Classes directly through the user-friendly Make Classy platform.

2. How do I receive payment for my Classes?
In most cases, Make Classy will process payments from students and send you the net proceeds after deducting the transaction fee and any other applicable fees. The exact transaction fee will be communicated to you separately. 

3. How do I manage student bookings?
You can view and manage all your bookings through your Google Calendar. An email order confirmation will be sent to you via email once booking confirmed. You may add the event into your calendar.
